As a full time college student, exercise was not a part of my daily routine. For two years, food and studying were a priority. In my mind the gym was insignificant. My mom attended classes at The Absolute Yoga & Pilates Studio and she opened a new door of possibilities – something completely new – Pilates.
This word was only familiar when reading celebrity magazines. Now I was going to give it a try. After a summer of eating healthy and doing Pilates 3 days a week, my body has transformed. I thank Conni and ALL my Pilates instructors for helping me along this journey.
Also, thank you to all the “100’s” , I didn’t want to do it but did anyway! As well as all the other exercises with funny names we did on the reformer, which I still have yet to remember, but I loved doing still….. I LOVE PILATES!!!
